Product Description
SAB Acoustic Premium Baffle - lightweight fireproof ceiling elements that are installed to improve the acoustics in a room. They are made of foamed melamine and have good sound absorption properties due to their fine-pored structure. Natural colours of panels are light grey or white.

Storage period is 24 months, subject to storage and transportation conditions.
After the warranty period of storage has expired, the products must be checked for compliance with the declared characteristics and, if they comply with the declared characteristics, the period of storage may be extended.
Storage and Transportation
- Panels and boxes shall be stored and transported in a horizontal position.
- Transportation is possible only in one tier; stacking other materials on top of the panels is not allowed.
- For vertical storage — no more than 4 boxes in a vertical row.
- For long-distance transportation, the use of wooden crates is recommended.
- Storage shall be carried out in dry warehouses with normal ventilation. Storage in unheated warehouses is acceptable.
- The product is fragile. Do not bend, drop, or handle by one edge, as this may cause a fracture.
It is not allowed to:
- Get the product and packaging wet.
- Place panels and boxes on ends and corners.
- Allow contact with hard, sharp, or dirty objects.
Handling and Installation
- Painted panels require careful handling, since painting is carried out only on the top layer. Avoid bending and friction during transportation and installation.
- Panels shall be carried perpendicular to the horizon.
- Handle panels only with clean gloves.
- Install the panels higher than human height.
- Before installation, the panels must undergo acclimatization in the installation room.
Technical Note
- The change in size of foamed melamine depending on relative air humidity can be up to 4% (at a temperature of 23°C).
